Arranging budgets based on field conditions that will be used as the basis for making a work plan
Create daily, monthly and annual work plan to subordinates to determine the effectiveness of work and uniformity of implementation
Manage the division and placement of workers according to their circumstances, abilities, and Responsibility.

Anticipate low and pick crop next month taking into account the needs of the workforce and supporting facilities
Provide regular briefings to all levels below it to ensure that all operations run well according to procedures
Approve material demand and expenditure and all other needs to support the operation of the garden
Coordinate with the factory to ensure continuity of processing at the plant
Review and sign all operational reports and follow-up promptly if any further action is to be found
Monitor and always ensure that all company assets are secure
Make quick and precise decisions when faced with important and emergency conditions accompanied by a reporting process (oral or written) to superiors
Fostering good relationships with external parties
Monitor and evaluate the work of the farms that have been achieved and ensure compliance with the work plan that has been established
Monitor and evaluate expenses so as not to exceed the established budget and make the necessary explanations
Foster and direct the Assistants and Askeps for fertilization work and all plant maintenance can be done on time and appropriately dose, appropriately appropriated and targeted
Ensure that fruits can be harvested properly and on time, and there is no delay in shipping to the factory
Review and ensure that all administrative and financial procedures are carried out in accordance with the stipulated requirements
Review and be responsible for the accuracy and accuracy of all reports submitted to Management (daily, weekly and monthly) with the necessary comments
Approved and signed requests for operational funds and expenditures for plant operations
Approve and sign demand for goods needed for operational activities
Signing all outgoing letters for internal or external purposes
Monitor and ensure that all plant operations have been properly processed and properly administered
Monitor and ensure that all employees required for the operation of the garden are available adequately and competently
Monitor and ensure all activities of the garden, including land clearing, replanting, breeding, crop maintenance, fertilization, harvesting, and TBS shipments to the factory run normally as planned
Monitor and ensure the use of materials is always well controlled and standard
Monitor and ensure stocks are always under control, are in minimal quantities, and critical materials are always available in the warehouse so as not to impede the operation of the garden
Monitor and ensure all operational costs of the garden include wages, overtime, premiums, use of materials, service fees and controlled and standardized administrative costs
Ensure that Askep and Assiten act decisively against their subordinates who commit irregularities with the provision of sanctions in accordance with applicable provisions
Monitor and monitor the needs of the entire staff's home equipment, mess according to company standards and replacement when necessary
Monitor regularly the work of subordinates and conduct coaching and direction to subordinates through the process of discussion and or internal meetings
Evaluate performance appraisal of subordinates and make recommendations on promotions and mutations
Determine subordinate training programs based on existing needs
Carry out Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) at the work site
Perform other tasks instructed by your superior
Job Requirements:
Preferably holding Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy
Minimal 4-5 years of experience in similar role, exposure in oil palm is a must.
Must be willing to be based in any Estate and Plasma assigned throughout Indonesia.

What you'll do
- The Estate Manager is responsible for establishing work targets, managing budgets, and creating work plans to ensure effective operations in the garden. They will also coordinate with the factory, monitor compliance with procedures, and ensure timely harvesting and shipping of crops.
