Job Description Summary:

Establish work targets based on the conditions of the garden and directions that have been provided by the Management.

Job Description:

  • Arranging budgets based on field conditions that will be used as the basis for making a work plan

  • Create daily, monthly and annual work plan to subordinates to determine the effectiveness of work and uniformity of implementation

  • Manage the division and placement of workers according to their circumstances, abilities, and Responsibility.

  • Establish work targets based on the conditions of the garden and directions that have been provided by the Management

  • Anticipate low and pick crop next month taking into account the needs of the workforce and supporting facilities

  • Monitor and ensure stocks are always under control, are in minimal quantities, and critical materials are always available in the warehouse so as not to impede the operation of the garden

  • Monitor and ensure all operational costs of the garden include wages, overtime, premiums, use of materials, service fees and controlled and standardized administrative costs

  • Ensure that Askep and Assiten act decisively against their subordinates who commit irregularities with the provision of sanctions in accordance with applicable provisions

  • Monitor and monitor the needs of the entire staff's home equipment, mess according to company standards and replacement when necessary

  • Monitor regularly the work of subordinates and conduct coaching and direction to subordinates through the process of discussion and or internal meetings

  • Evaluate performance appraisal of subordinates and make recommendations on promotions and mutations

  • Determine subordinate training programs based on existing needs

  • Carry out Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) at the work site

  • Perform other tasks instructed by your superior

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably holding Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy

  • Minimal 4-5 years of experience in similar role, exposure in oil palm is a must.

  • Must be willing to be based in any Estate and Plasma assigned throughout Indonesia.
