General Responsibilities :
- Implement daily briefings and safety talks that have been scheduled and carry out the work in accordance with work instructions given superiors.
- Implement preventive maintenance in a timely manner based on hour meter reconditioning press machine.
- Checking the work of the press machine, if there is obstinence in the stage of operation then immediately do the dismantling of the press machine
- Responsible for the safety / safety work field.
- Reporting problems that occur to the balk foreman or officer related to the disruption of the production process on the press machine.
- Undertake work disciplined and resolved.
- Responsible for maintenance and maintenance of all equipment work (equipment) maintenance.
- Carry out other duties in respect of his work as instructed by his superiors.
- Inquire work instructions on foreman what will be done before undertaking maintenacne press machine work.
- Conducting service to the equipment in accordance with the schedule maintenance.
- Preparing maintenance equipment for press machine work.
- Perform maintenance action on machine equipment including bearing press checking bearing, straightness shaft main, collar & warm to be reconditioned and position block machine press.
- Run the plan overhoul if you know there are obstacles to the work of the press machine.
- Report to the foreman that the maintenance work of the press machine has been well resolved and the press machine is ready for operation.
- Do the job thoroughly in accordance with the instructions given by the applicant / SOP.
- Giving ideas / opinions for improvements on defined limits either directly or indirectly.
- Responsible for the implementation of work discipline.
- Responsible in maintaining and maintaining work equipment and APD that have been given and memelah in carrying out the work has prioritized safety (safety first).
- Maintain and maintain the safety (safety) and cleanliness in the area of his work and the tidiness of the document he is responsible for.
- Maintain and keep the discipline of work carried out with full awareness.
- Apply the system of integration management effectively (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, CPPOB, SJH, ISCC, RSPO, HVO-PFAD Certification Scheme, SMK3, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001).
- Reporting problems that occur, related to the Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to his supervisor.

What you'll do
- The operator is responsible for implementing daily safety briefings and executing scheduled preventive maintenance on the press machine based on hour meter readings. Key duties include immediate dismantling if operational obstacles occur and reporting production disruptions to the foreman or officer.
