Job Description Summary
Coordinate, implement, and ensure that CSR and Legal functions operate effectively at the Refinery Unit and Head Office in supporting refinery operational activities.
Job Description:
- Manage permits and licenses, including but not limited to: Building Permit (IMB), Nuisance Permit (HO), Generator Permit, Forklift Permit, Radio Communication Permit, Speedboat and speedboat operator permits
- Prepare and handle correspondence for both internal and external parties.
- Ensure that community service and public concerns are properly conveyed to Company Management.
- Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements mandated by the Government are fully complied with by the Company.
- Propose CSR programs to Unit Management and Head Office for implementation.
- Be responsible for maintaining and safeguarding all work equipment and ensuring cleanliness of the work area.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in CSR, Legal, or Compliance.
Familiar with government regulations, permits, and licensing processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to handle internal and external correspondence.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
Willing to be placed at Bagendang-Kalimantan Tengah
