About this role
1. Melakukan transaksi input data penerimaan dan pengeluaran barang secara sistem/NAV untuk mengetahui pergerakan barang secara akurat.
2. Membuat surat jalan pengiriman barang ke distributor dan Sinarmas group sesuai prosedur yang telah ditetapkan Perusahaan.
3. Membuat dan melaporkan data-data yang dibutuhkan oleh atasan untuk analisa dan perbaikan secara berkelanjutan.
4. Melakukan filing atas semua dokumen dan/atau pencatatan di gudang sesuai standar yang telah ditentukan Perusahaan.
5. Melakukan stock opname harian, bulanan, dan tahunan untuk memastikan kondisi fisik barang kemasan dan barang jadi Small Pack dan Galon sama dengan yang tercatat dalam sistem.
6. Melaporkan apabila menemukan penyimpangan terutama yang menyangkut masalah keamanan pangan kepada atasan dan tim QC untuk memastikan kualitas produk sesuai standar yang telah ditentukan oleh Perusahaan.
7. Menjalankan program 5R dan Safety untuk memastikan keamanan bekerja, kebersihan dan kenyamanan lingkungan kerja.

- The role involves managing data transactions for goods receipt and dispatch, creating delivery documents, and reporting necessary data for analysis. Additionally, the position requires conducting stock audits and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
