Summary:

The Project Manager (PM)/Program Coordinator (PC) is responsible for the overall performance, compliance, and quality execution of the Task Order (TO) across all assigned locations. This is a full-time, dedicated role with full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor for all matters related to daily operations of the TO. The PM/PC serves as the primary point of contact for the Government and ensures contract requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide full-time project and program management oversight for all work performed under the Task Order
  • Ensure compliance with Task Order requirements, performance standards, and quality control measures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for the Government during normal hours of operation
  • Exercise full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to daily Task Order operations
  • Designate an alternate PM/PC in writing to act in the PM/PC’s absence and ensure required documentation is submitted to the HRS portal within five (5) work days of TO award or employee replacement, in accordance with CDRL D004
  • Monitor Task Order execution to identify risks, performance issues, or execution challenges
  • Provide timely notification to the Government regarding funding concerns, execution issues, or potential impacts to performance
  • Coordinate program activities to ensure alignment with military and family readiness objectives
  • Oversee staff performance, training, and coordination to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency, accountability, and successful program outcomes

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • A strong understanding of NG Military and Family Readiness programs, Financial
  • Readiness and Education programs, Employment Assistance Programs, Transition Assistance Program and the ANG and ARNG structure at the state level
  • Interpersonal skills and team building skills to effectively take part in instructional duties for National Guard Military and Family Readiness Program staff instruction
  • Knowledge of standing operating procedures and the ability to interpret guidance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Teams, Forms, Power Point, Excel, Word
  • Shall ensure virtual and in-person classrooms meet safety, security, comfort, and hygiene standards
  • Strong organizational skills
  • All applicants shall possess interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs, staff, and operational requirements
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance and quality standards

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in military and family readiness
  • In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, at least fifteen years of experience related to military and family readiness and staff training and management would be sufficient.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of program management experience and shall possess strong organizational skills for this position
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and must be able to drive a rental car
  • Be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Task Order–based contract execution, including quality control, compliance monitoring, and government reporting requirements

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $130,000.00 to $150,00.00 annually.
