Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA) – Urgent Care
Job Summary
Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our growing team. We have openings across 23 urgent care centers in Northern Virginia, offering flexible scheduling options including Part - time roles.
Monthly Part‑Time Schedule
Weekday Shifts
7 weekday shifts
6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
4 hours each
Total: 28 weekday hours per month
Weekend Shifts
4 weekend shifts
10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
12 hours each
Total: 48 weekend hours per month
Monthly Total
76 hours per month

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program
PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
Licensure & Certification:
BLS Certification
Licensed NP or PA in Virginia
RN Compact License (if applicable)
DEA License (if prescribing controlled substances)
Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol
Credentialing Requirements:
Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
