About this role
- Hoàn thiện chứng từ, hồ sơ thanh toán cho ngân hàng;
- Kiểm tra tính chính xác, hợp lệ của các chứng từ kế toán, cập nhật vào phần mềm kế toán;
- Hỗ trợ giải quyết các giấy tờ thanh toán nội bộ;
- Hỗ trợ kế toán thực hiện một số công tác văn phòng khác như quản lý hồ sơ thanh toán, ủy nhiệm chi, giấy báo nợ;
- Thực hiện một số công việc khác theo yêu cầu của kế toán trưởng.
- Đang theo học Đại học/ Cao đẳng chuyên ngành kế toán, kiểm toán, tài chính, có nguyện vọng làm việc trong ngành kế toán trong tương lai;
- Có thể làm việc tối thiểu 20 tiếng/ tuần; thực tập tối thiểu 3-6 tháng;
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, ...), tư duy hệ thống xử lý dữ liệu tốt.
- Hỗ trợ hoàn thành báo cáo thực tập, xác nhận mộc đỏ (nếu có, với TTS);
- Training, đào tạo từ A đến Z, nâng cao kỹ năng, chuyên môn;
- Thức ăn, đồ uống đầy đủ tại quầy Pantry;
- Môi trường làm việc đa văn hóa;
- Một công ty với môi trường làm việc thoải mái và linh hoạt;
- Một công ty thúc đẩy học tập, cải tiến liên tục và phát triển cá nhân;
- Happy hour, Engagement event,... và các phúc lợi khác theo chính sách của công ty;
- Thời gian làm việc linh động, đăng ký ca làm việc theo tuần;
- Yêu cầu thời gian trên văn phòng tối thiểu 5 buổi/tuần;
- Trợ cấp: 2.000.000 VNĐ/tháng (Khi làm đầy đủ các ngày công theo quy định của công ty) và các phúc lợi khác theo chính sách của công ty.

What you'll do
- The intern will complete payment documents and verify the accuracy of accounting documents. They will also assist with internal payment paperwork and other office tasks as required by the chief accountant.
