Due to a recent promotion, Jaguar-Land Rover Richmond is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join the busy team!
This is GREAT way to get your foot in the door to a Sales role!
About the position, not limited to:
- Complete all New and Used deliveries at the dealership
- Full knowledge and explanation of vehicle operations
- In control set up for clients
- Complete new and CPO delivery checklists for every client
- Complete second deliveries when required
- Introduction and dealership walk around at delivery (Parts and Service)
- Inspect vehicles prior to delivery (watermarks, footprints, dirty windows)
- Verify there isn’t a Beam Dongle connected to the OBDII Port.
- Follow up for second deliveries
- Follow up for reviews, surveys and CSIs in order to obtain 10/10s.
- Merchandising showroom vehicles and making sure they get charged
- Dealership social media content
- Checking in transport drop-offs when lot staff is unavailable
- Home deliveries and assisting service customers with technology issues
- Assisting lot staff with moving cars when required
- Plate registrations and organization of Demo vehicles

What you'll do
- The Delivery Coordinator is responsible for completing all new and used vehicle deliveries, which includes fully explaining vehicle operations, setting up controls for clients, and completing necessary checklists. This role also involves following up with clients for second deliveries, reviews, and surveys, as well as merchandising showroom vehicles.
