Become a Service Loaner Coordinator with Go Auto!
What it takes:
- Daily maintenance and review of loaner fleet, logs, locations, conditions, etc.
- Inputting and removing vehicles from Loaner Program as coordinated by sales managers
- Generating loaner contracts with all clients requiring a loaner, providing necessary explanation of possible charges, outlining clients responsibilities, explaining loaner vehicle features if needed, conducting walk arounds with clients to check for damages
- Receiving vehicles upon return, conducting return walk arounds with client to confirm condition of vehicle, reviewing outstanding charges.
- Working with Service Managers/Advisors to ensure proper fleet availability pending appointments
- Possible washing and fueling of vehicles if needed.
- You’re a super sleuth in finding solutions for problems and challenges
- Your organization skills are A1
- Have CDK experience? Nice! We’ll call that a bonus point
- You can handle customer service like an absolute champ!

What you'll do
- The Service Loaner Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the loaner fleet, generating contracts for clients, and conducting vehicle inspections upon return. They will also collaborate with service managers to ensure fleet availability.
