Responsibilities:
- Perform walk around and check in vehicles in CDK
- Re-locate customer vehicles around the lot
- Check in loaner vehicle returns, clean and gas them as required
- Help with lot manager and staff when required.
- Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally, ensuring our guests feel valued and heard.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience with a passion for creating positive experiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Tech-savvy

What you'll do
- The Concierge Supervisor will perform vehicle check-ins and manage customer interactions to ensure a positive experience. They will also assist with vehicle management and support staff as needed.
