<p></p></div><p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">GMR Marketing is hiring Look of Football Specialists to support our client's official onsite presence at the FIFA World Cup 2026™ in Kansas City, MO. This role focuses on onsite execution, POS branding installation, and operational support across official stadiums and FIFA Fan Festivals.</p>
<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">Specialists play a key role in ensuring fans clearly understand that our client is the preferred payment method, supporting a smooth, consistent payment experience throughout the tournament.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p data-start="590" data-end="642"><em>Event Execution & Consumer Engagement:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Install, refresh, and remove point-of-sale branding across assigned stadiums and Fan Festival locations.</li>
<li>Support all phases of the Look of Football program, including acceptance, installation, daily refresh, and post-event removal.</li>
<li>Conduct daily compliance checks to ensure all POS materials are clean, visible, and correctly placed.</li>
<li>Maintain organized storage areas shared with multiple onsite teams.</li>
<li>Assist with Stadium Fan Experience activations as needed, including light fan engagement and maintaining the footprint.</li>
</ul>
<p data-start="1060" data-end="1099"><em>Teamwork & Communication:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the Look of Football Manager and the on-site team to execute daily responsibilities.</li>
<li>Follow schedules and instructions from GMR and client operations teams.</li>
<li>Communicate regularly via WhatsApp to share updates, report issues, and escalate challenges.</li>
<li>Maintain a professional, positive attitude while representing the client on-site.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Program Schedule & Availability: </em></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be available between approximately June 1 and July 23, 2026.</li>
<li>Required to attend a 1-2 day training led by GMR and the client, virtual or in-market.</li>
<li>Installation typically begins 4-5 days before the first match at the assigned stadium.</li>
<li>Must be flexible to work weekends, late nights, and schedule shifts based on match times </li>
<li>Typical shifts will not exceed 9 hours and include a 1-hour break</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Required Skills & Qualifications:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Event or experiential marketing experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Able to take direction, adapt to change, and work collaboratively.</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Physical Requirements & Compliance:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.</li>
<li>Comfortable with long workdays and physically demanding tasks.</li>
<li>Must pass FIFA accreditation background checks and meet host market work requirements.</li>
<li> Must have reliable personal transportation to and from assigned stadium locations.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: rgb(255, 81, 0);"><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS</strong></span></p>
<p><em>General Qualifications:</em></p>
<ul>
<li>18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED preferred.</li>
<li>Event or experiential marketing experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Able to take direction, adapt to change, and work collaboratively.
