Design, Develop and Deliver Solutions across the HR Lifecycle: Evolve HR processes with a digital solution in mind. Visualization of to be process and ability to engage various stakeholders to get the solution built and delivered. Develop and execute actionable and targeted process management tactics and work stream deliverables. Work on defined goals that help the organization integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness and efficiency |

Be a change driver to Technology solution adoption: Lead action-planning, process / project tracking and scheduling to ensure deadlines are met, and drive HR transformation efforts that yield high value within the organization Build work flows and design processes that enable better adoption and enhance user (employee/manager) experience. Track and Map process across the HR Lifecycle of employee. |

Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively with managers/teams to ensure key process change activities are integrated into the overall HR function’s project plan. |
