| Monitoring the construction Projects under International Airports and Construction (Medan, Cebu and Greece, Project in India) • Tracking of Timelines and Milestones • Perform detailed gap/overlaps analysis of resources & achievement parameters between Budget Vs Actual Vs Forecast as per AOP and ensure timely escalation. • Measures process improvements and aligns results to co-created & agreed Key Process Indicators (KPIs). |

| Monitor Business Performance • Track macro-economic and industry developments/trends including peer response. • Prepare and maintain the detailed War Room analytics. • Set agenda and conduct Business Steering Committee Meetings (SCM) on focus areas. • Facilitate GHB/GCM/BCM reviews of the Business. • Track and ensure closure of the review action points with the Chairman |

Financial Monitoring the project cash flows by coordinating with Finance Controllers in ensuring the uninterrupted progress at project site. |

Site Supervision Monitoring the deployment of adequate resources (manpower, material and machinery) by EPC contractors at site matching with the overall project progress requirements |

Risk and Project Cost supervision Collaborate with Sector CDOs & Construction Heads keeping close eye on environmental adversity & challenges at expansion/construction project sites and alert Sector Leadership Team well in advance to mitigate risk of delay and project cost overrun. |

The role requires working in high pressure environment maintaining confidentiality, coordinating with internal Company’s Leaders, Global Vendors & Industry Leaders
Civil Engineering degree from Top Engineering College
Higher certifications in Project Management Process/Project Analytics/Industrial Engineering/Design & Finish
10 years + hands on experience in the PMO/PPC of a Global Project Engineering/Construction Organization/EPC/PMC Vendor working in Airport/Large Commercial/Hotel Construction.
Multi-country/Global experience is preferred.
