Summary of Role:
The Sr Financial Analyst will play a critical role managing financial activities for Global IT Operations to ensure cost management and budget
compliance. This position partners closely with IT leadership, Manufacturing finance and SG&A finance.


Essential Responsibilities:
-Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
-Perform variance analysis to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
-Conduct MEC analysis to ensure timely and accurate month-end close activities.
-Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives to optimize spending.
-Perform detailed cost variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
-Support the development of cost allocation models and ensure accurate reporting.
-Collaborate with business partners to implement cost management best practices and track progress against savings goals.
-Prepare and present financial reports to leadership.
-Deliver forward-looking analysis to anticipate business risks and opportunities.
-Utilize data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI) to enhance reporting and decision-making.
-Support automation of FP&A reporting and AI-driven forecasting
-Communicate insights effectively.
-Drive digital transformation initiatives within finance processes.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
-Ensure compliance with global financial policies and standards.

Other Responsibilities: 

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. 

Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or Business Finance roles
-Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP.
-Experience with Capex/Opex management and global budgeting processes.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail.
-Solid understanding of month end close processes, GL reporting, and capitalization rules.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Background in ERP transformation initiatives and automation of finance workflows.

Expected Salary Range

$105,000.00 - $189,000.00
