Summary of Role:

Feature rich process development in various technologies.

Essential Responsibilities:

Feature rich process development in various technologies. Integrating various components and technologies into the final product, ensuring that the end result meets quality and performance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate different process modules into a cohesive semiconductor manufacturing flow. Identify and resolve integration related issues that may arise during the development and production phases. Continuously work towards optimizing the integration process to improve yield, performance, and cost effectiveness. This involves evaluating new tools, materials, and techniques. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to integration processes. Generate reports to track progress and communicate results to relevant stakeholders. Work closely with design teams to understand the specifics of the integrated circuits and ensure they can be successfully manufactured. Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that integrated components meet established standards and specifications. Effectively communicate with different departments within the company, including process engineering, design, and manufacturing, to ensure smooth integration processes.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education - Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science a related field, or a foreign equivalent.
  • Experience – 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any engineering related job titles.

2 years of experience required in:

1. developing and delivering advanced technology for mass production; 2. project management focused on managing schedules, scope and cost trade-offs of projects; 3. FEOL/BEOL process with FinFET and FDSOI technology; 4. structured problem solving and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles; and 5. collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve integrated and optimized manufacturing processes.

Expected Salary Range

Salary range: $104,940 - $119,000
