Introduction:

Device engineering team member in development, optimization, and qualification of RFSOI semiconductor devices to meet performance requirements.

Your Job:

• Device engineering team member in development, optimization, characterization and qualification of RFSOI semiconductor devices to meet performance requirements.

• DOE design, execution, and analysis of results.

• Partner process integration engineers to improve device performance.

• Work with TCAD engineers to predict device results.

• Design and optimize device layout to maximize performance

• Lead/own and drive technical device problem solving.

• Interact with internal & external customers and respond to technical queries.

• Establish new technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies.

• Innovate new methods of continuous device improvement.

Other Responsibilities: 

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

• Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

• >5 years relevant experience for Degree/Masters.

• Wafer Fab device engineering experience is valued, preferably in RF devices.

• Ph.D candidates with relevant project/research experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics

• TCAD / Device layout experience/ skillset is a plus 

• Knowledge of RF fundamentals (e.g. S-parameters, Harmonics, Noise Figure) is a plus.

• RF test experience in on-wafer measurements and setup of test equipment (e.g. probers, semiconductor device analyzers, network analyzers) valued.

• Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition.

• Excellent analytical and optimization skills.

• Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
