Your work will have a direct impact in our expanding Fab Operations, in building out our platforms of purpose-built technologies such as smart mobile devices, personal computing, home and industrial IoT, automotive and more. What You Will Do

  • Review, Analyze & Respond to inline process control charts to meet Quality, Cost, Productivity Goals 

  • Troubleshoot process related issues, provide detailed & accurate data for proper wafer disposition and pass down

  • Execute actions to optimize production moves, qualify new processes & improvements projects

  • Participate in cross-function team projects

  • Lead improvement projects and present results 

  • Collaborate with equipment and maintenance teams including engineers, technicians, managers and production employees in a dynamic environment.

  • Establish SOP (Standard operating process) and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for related process

  • Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules

  • Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications

  • Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve process performance indices

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements

  • Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

What You Will Need

  • Fresh-out profile with a bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry & Physics

  • Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems

  • Profiles with specialization in manufacturing, or relevant working experience or internship experience in equipment engineering/wafer fab/clean room are preferred

  • Exposure or Hands-on skills in process improvement/lean manufacturing
