We are looking for talent to join us in Photolithography Process/Reticle team to support 12-hour shift operations in a high-volume wafer fab environment. You will provide frontline troubleshooting, monitor reticle operation stability, and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to ensure good quality performance. Responsibilities include defect analysis, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with internal teams for SOP compliance. Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of semiconductor manufacturing or lithography experience

  • Knowledge of SPC and basic data analysis tools

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field

  • Advantageous with familiarity with reticle handling and cleanroom operations
