Project Title:

Facilities Contamination Free Manufacturing

Project Objective: Waf

er fabrication is the fundamental of all electronics and its applications in the semiconductor supply chain. This project is designed to share knowledge and expertise in Semiconductor Facilities Total Quality Management (TQM). It focuses on sustaining cleanroom operations and long term facility sustainability, with a key emphasis on Contamination Free Manufacturing (CFM).

Project Description:

Interns will gain knowledge and expertise on the totality of Facilities Quality Management, its operation and sustainability process, and master different Quality Tools in the semiconductor industries and how the Contamination Free Manufacturing works to sustain the Fab Operation.

- Develop Power Aps to track the Chemical Filter life Span

- Automate the integration of leading indicators for Chemical Filter performance to determine timely replacement or lifespan extension.

- Automate the budgeting system to accurately manage yearly Chemical Filter and Operational costs. and sustainability process, and master different Quality Tools in the semiconductor industries and how the Contamination Free Manufacturing works to sustain the Fab Operation.

At the end of the internship, a presentation of learning experience with recommendations for improvement is required.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering

OR any related field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge in the use of Power Aps and Automation

This application is for students undertaking a 20-24 week credit-bearing internship from June 2026 onwards.
