We carry over one million industrial, material handling and business products that are sold through our website, corporate sales people and full color catalogs. We are constantly increasing our product offerings to meet the diverse and changing needs of our customers. Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America.

Key Responsibilities

•Respond to day-to-day requests to update system and product data.

• Support stock conversions by facilitating set up and execution with cross functional teams.

• Set up new suppliers and facilitate annual document collection and approval.

• Maintain vendor master contacts and all vendor data.

• Interact with vendors to collect data as needed.

• Facilitate vendor training on existing tools to manage product, pricing, lead time and other critical product related data.

• Support daily CEX inquiries related to vendor PO issues.

• Look for process improvements to help make changes across the organization while looking to improve our overall customer experience

• Assist with on-boarding new products and fine-tuning web presentations to meet content standards. 

•Update system with product changes including pricing and enhancements.

• Assist with internal data collection and analysis to support department projects.

• Coordinating sample and trade show product orders as needed.

•Website Accuracy: Regularly audit the website for missing or incorrect product information, ensuring a seamless customer experience

•Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of product data processes and ensure the overall quality and compliance of all product data

Competencies and skills

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1 - 2 years of work experience, preferably in sales/CEX support.
• Motivated individual with strong analytical and business skills
• Proven and demonstrated project management and execution skills with the ability to overcome barriers and solve problems
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with various departments

• Industrial equipment product knowledge a plus
• Advanced computer skills especially in MS Excel & data manipulation
• Ability to work within a team
