Looking for a rock star to join an AO Globe squad as a Remote Supervisor in
Training. You’ll get to work from wherever you feel most productive, soak up wisdom

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a remote client service crew to deliver top-notch support and keep Globe Life
clients happy.
• Use all the cool virtual tools out there to manage and support your team, no matter
where they’re based.
• Soak up all that knowledge from Globe's leadership squad, learning the ropes and picking
up invaluable skills.
• Help their customer service game level up by bringing in fresh ideas and making things
run smoother than ever.
• Keep it pro at all times, delivering A+ service and building solid relationships with Globe
clients.
Qualifications:
• Got some experience in management? Awesome! But if not, no worries, as long as
you’re hungry to learn.
