The ideal candidate is someone who blends technical fluency with business acumen and thrives on transforming complex user needs into intuitive digital experiences.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for portal development initiatives aligned with business goals.</li> <li>Lead the development and continuous improvement of our insurance customer and distributor-facing web portals, while acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.</li> <li>Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.</li> <li>Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new functionality and ensure alignment with business objectives.</li> <li>Monitor key product KPIs to track performance, identify opportunities, and inform future enhancements.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, UX design, operations, and marketing teams to define innovative, user-centered solutions.</li> <li>Proactively identify and mitigate risks while keeping initiatives on track and within scope, while communicating progress, priorities, and results to leadership and stakeholders.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a deep understanding of the end-to-end insurance product lifecycle, including operational, regulatory, and customer experience aspects of each stage</li> <li>Strong understanding of Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management; Product Owner experience preferred</li> <li>Familiarity with digital identity management, including SSO, MFA, and account provisioning preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to inform decisions and optimize experiences</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead without authority, influence decisions, and drive alignment across teams.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-KS1</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Various jurisdictions have passed pay transparency laws that require companies provide salary ranges for any positions for which they are accepting applications. Global Atlantic has offices in Atlanta, Batesville, Bermuda, Boston, Des Moines, Hartford, Indianapolis, and New York City.&nbsp;<strong>The base salary range posted below is inclusive of the lowest cost of living geography to the highest in which we have a Global Atlantic office.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Global Atlantic’s&nbsp;<strong>base salary range</strong>&nbsp;is determined through an analysis of similar positions in the external labor market. Base pay is just one component of Global Atlantic’s total compensation package for employees and at times we hire outside the boundaries of the salary range. Other rewards may include annual cash bonuses, long-term incentives (equity), generous benefits (including immediate vesting on employee contributions to a 401(k), as well as a company match on your contributions), and sales incentives.&nbsp; Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
