<p><span data-contrast="none">As a member of the Enterprise Reporting and Business Intelligence team, you will serve as a strategic bridge between data engineering and business end-users. You will play an end-to-end role in developing intuitive and interactive dashboards to empower GLG stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. This position requires a proactive mindset to anticipate data gaps and needs as well as the ability to act as a connecting force within and across global teams. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span data-contrast="none">Key Responsibilities</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="none">Strategic Stakeholder Partnership:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> Develop a deep understanding of commercial, operational, and people data. Partner with key stakeholders to proactively anticipate data gaps and translate business questions into high-impact reporting and insights.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="none">Solution Engineering & Optimization</span></strong><span data-contrast="none">: Master the existing suite of enterprise dashboards to drive adoption and cohesion. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing assets versus building net-new solutions to ensure a streamlined user experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="none">Cross-Functional Collaboration: </span></strong><span data-contrast="none">Work closely with partners in Advanced Analytics, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial Operations. Act as the glue between these teams, proactively surfacing opportunities and advocating for deeper partnership and involvement by specialist teams.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="none">Data Modeling & Strategy:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> Design and maintain effective LookML models and dashboards. Work closely with data engineers to integrate new data sources, improve data quality, and optimize data infrastructure to support long-term business goals.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><strong><span data-contrast="none">User Support, Empowerment, and Continuous Improvement:</span></strong><span data-contrast="none"> Facilitate the broad adoption of BI solutions by delivering training and proactive assistance, ensuring end-users are equipped to self-serve and derive value from data. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with dashboards and underlying databases while simultaneously documenting methodologies to ensure transparency and consistency across the enterprise.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span data-contrast="none">Requirements</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Education: A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">SQL Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working with relational databases and proficiency in SQL.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">BI Tool Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of one or more Enterprise Business Intelligence tools, specifically Looker, Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical concepts.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Technical Documentation: Strong ability to identify, define, and document business requirements, functionality, and systems.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
