Glen Park Senior Living is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a leader in the senior living sector, Glen Park Senior Living is looking for individuals who excel at communication, organization, and providing exceptional service to residents, families, and guests.

Job Summary

As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing front office operations, greeting clients and visitors, handling phone calls, and ensuring the safety and security of our residents. You will maintain accurate personnel records, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your role will be key in maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client and Visitor Relations: Greet clients, visitors, and guests, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
  • Phone Reception: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments as needed.
  • Security Monitoring: Monitor the visual security system and audio security doors to ensure resident safety and prevent elopement risks.
  • Office Administration: Administer the front office in accordance with best administrative practices, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Personnel Records Management: Maintain personnel records and documentation in compliance with Title 22, Title 17, and company policies.

What We Require

  • Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with office software and administrative tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Certifications: Background check as required by Title 22, Title 17, and company policies.
