<div><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Glean is seeking a GTM Onboarding & Readiness Manager to own and uplevel our 30-60-90 GTM onboarding program (Glean|GOES) across roles and regions. This person will lead Glean’s modern, AI‑forward onboarding experience that ramps new hires across pre-sales, sales and post-sales to productivity quickly and predictably. </span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You will be responsible for managing a cohesive, role and segment‑based onboarding journey from Day 1 through full ramp. You’ll partner cross-functionally to ensure new hires are not just certified on knowledge, but are conversation‑ready, execution‑ready, and AI‑empowered. </span><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This role requires a blend of instructional design, deep GTM experience (beyond just AE), and strategic program ownership, as well as a strong bias and ability toward using AI to scale learning, executing, coaching, and content.</span></div>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to architect and run end‑to‑end onboarding and readiness programs, including curriculum design, delivery, measurement, and iteration.</span></li>

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
