We are looking for a structured and proactive Project Support Officer to strengthen two of our major industrial projects: FabEx and Industrial Structure 2035. In this role, you will support daily project operations and ensure effective coordination, control, and reporting across all key project dimensions.
• Coordinate and follow up on project plans, WBS/CBS structures, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, scope, value, cost, and risks, and support recovery planning when needed.
• Prepare reports and analysis for steering committees and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, decision logs, change proposals, and communication flows.
• Facilitate risk and opportunity management, maintain risk and change registers.
• Ensure timely updates in project systems and support closure of action items.
• Proven experience supporting projects in an industrial environment.
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including MS Project.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Project management certifications such as IPMA Level C, PMP, CAPM, APM FPQ, or equivalent.
