Role Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Providing guidance on all policies and procedures
- Support the recruitment processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process
- Assisting in performance management and employee evaluation
- Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
- Reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Compiling HR data and metrics from the Human Resource information system and payroll outputs
- Providing ongoing monthly / weekly reports to the HR Manager such as Absenteeism, Turnover, Staff Qualifications, Work Permits, FTE (Staff / Children)
- Working alongside Management teams to establish business needs
- Contribute to system decision-making, scoping and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy

Required Qualifications
Requirements:
- Level 8 HR or Business Psychology Degree
- 18 months to 3 years in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced level of Excel
- Knowledge of One Advanced TMS & iCIMS ATS desirable
- Experience with Industrial Relations
- Be proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working on own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have eligibility to work in the EU
- Must have full clean driver's licence
- The successful candidate will be required to attend ongoing Recruitments events in Europe and in Ireland
- Knowledge of Spanish an advantage
