About this role
We are seeking a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to support the Head of Corporate Audit and the Corporate Audit department in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective planning processes. The role offers valuable exposure to how a corporate audit function operates, from annual planning to documentation and strategic initiatives.It is a great opportunity for a student who enjoys organization, coordination and teamwork and wants to build practical experience in a dynamic and global corporate environment. This position is located in Munich and we are seeking to fill it at the earliest possible opportunity.
Your Tasks:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Corporate Audit team
- Support scheduling of meetings, especially for audit planning and stakeholder appointments
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with follow‑ups
- Support the annual audit planning process by arranging appointments and maintaining planning documentation
- Assist in coordinating interviews, workshops, and planning activities
- Maintain structured and consistent documentation on MS Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms
- Assist in process documentation and creation of standard templates
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and support data tracking in Excel
- Assist the Head of Audit with tracking progress against the departmental strategy and related activities
Your qualifications:
- Enrolled student in Business, Economics, Management, or similar
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Reliable, structured and able to handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and confidentiality
