Ihre Aufgaben:
- ERP-Support im Daily Business
- Betreuung von Frontend- und Backend-Systemen sowie Hardware und Software
- Unterstützung für PC, Tablets, MDE-Geräte, Drucker und weitere Peripherie im Produktionsumfeld
- Support für produktions- und standortspezifische Systeme wie SAP, MES Hydra, WAVE, CDB, PI, BB2/3
- Ansprechpartner und Projektleiter für Key-User in Produktion und Technik
- Digitalisierung & Projekte
- Lokaler Support bei Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Schnittstelle zum Process Management
- Datenschutz & Compliance
- Koordination des Datenschutzes vor Ort
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Konzerndatenschutz
- Pflege lokaler IT-Dokumentation und Vorbereitung von Audits
- Service & Koordination
- Koordination des IT-Supports und Handling von IT-Service-Verträgen
- Mitarbeit in lokalen und übergreifenden Projektgruppen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder Informatikkaufmann
(idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Produktion und Technik) - Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität und hohes Engagement
- Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Anwendungen und Komponenten
- Affinität für digitale Trends wie AI, New Media und Industrie 4.0
- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität in Bezug auf Zeit, Umfeld und Organisation
- Bewusstsein für IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz
