About the Role
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the successful planning and delivery of software and IT projects. You will help establish PMO standards, processes, and tools, create transparency around project progress and risks, and contribute to building a scalable and efficient project environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Maintain project documentation, templates, and dashboards.
- Assist with monitoring risks, budgets, and resource usage.
- Prepare reports for stakeholders and steering committees.
- Support the use and continuous improvement of PM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- First experience in project management, PMO, or software-driven environments.
- Basic knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and classical project management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Good communication abilities and a structured working approach.
- Motivated to learn, proactive, and team-oriented.
