<p><strong>Staff Technical Data Analyst</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>Location - Hyderabad, India</p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are seeking a Senior Technical Data Analyst with a strong in-depth data analysis background to join our team. Reporting direct to the Sr. Software Engineering Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for diving deeply into data sets, identifying issues, extracting insights, developing data driven solutions, and mentoring other analysts.&nbsp;As part of the OneGHX Analytics group, your work enables capabilities for GHX’s data and analytics solutions utilized by hospitals and suppliers.  &nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Lead the necessary deep dive initiatives into large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities and review and provide solutions based on acceptable best practices.&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify and diagnose data inconsistencies and errors, applying experience and enforcing quality and standards in taking corrective actions when necessary.&nbsp;</li> <li>Create, design, and implement predictions, architecture and other tools or methods to reduce and solve complex business problems using continuous improvement and scalable approaches.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, requirements, and develop appropriate solutions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and support as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support current and future GHX data solutions by demonstrating a strong understanding of data, platforms, systems, and application in making recommended changes.</li> <li>Ability to contribute different thoughts, ideas and viewpoints that lead to greater innovation on projects and cross-functional collaborative efforts.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>8 – 12 years of experience in a lead technical analyst role.</li> <li>Mastery of SQL.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>We are looking for someone who is proficient in the role requirements, but who also brings a unique perspective and diversity of&nbsp;thought to our team.​&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Experience in the healthcare industry working with supply chain data and analytics preferred.</li> <li>A master’s degree is preferred.&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of AI and data science a plus.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience with Python a plus.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong data-stringify-type="bold">GHX: It's the way you do business in healthcare</strong><br>Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) enables better patient care and billions in savings for the healthcare community by maximizing automation, efficiency and accuracy of business processes.</p> <p>GHX is a healthcare business and data automation company, empowering healthcare organizations to enable better patient care and maximize industry savings using our world class cloud-based supply chain technology exchange platform, solutions, analytics and services.
