Role Summary
As a Senior Business Analyst at GFT, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for writing business requirements, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing change initiatives. Your role will involve coordinating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years in Business Analyst and 3 years of experience in retail banking or fintech.

Strong techno-functional skills with a solid understanding of core banking platforms (e.g., Card, Onboarding, AML, Fraud Management, etc).

Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery.

Proficient in project methodology and Agile development processes (e.g., Scrum).

Skilled in writing use cases, workflows, business processes, and functional specifications.

Familiarity with tools like Lucid Chart, Miro, Jira, and Figma.

Understanding of digital platforms and underlying technologies.

Strong sense of ownership, entrepreneurial spirit, and a can-do attitude.

Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
