About this role
GFL Environmental is looking for a Box Truck Driver- Class 3 License to join our team in Trail, BC!,
This role will safely operate a commercial box truck and will include record-keeping, communicating with dispatch, and adhering to traffic regulations, while required skills are excellent driving ability, time management, strong communication, and customer service

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate various types of trucks including Box Truck, Roll-off and Front End.
• Safely load, transport and unload a variety of goods.
• Complete all required transport documents including pre & post trip inspections.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation
• Ensure assigned routes are completed in a timely and safe manner.
• Perform driver check-ins at day’s end to ensure complete and accurate run/paperwork completion.
Requirements:
• Valid Class 3 Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Shift work with overtime as required.
• Strong work ethic.
• Professional/mature demeanor under stressful situations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do
- The Box Truck Driver will operate various types of trucks, safely load, transport, and unload goods while completing required transport documents. The driver must maintain compliance with legislation and ensure timely completion of assigned routes.
