We're a small team that's growing quickly—our ARR grew over 10x in 2025—by shipping a strongly differentiated SaaS product.</p> <h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2> <p>We're looking for a Research Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of our research delivery. You'll be the central coordinator for many concurrent qualitative research projects, ensuring they’re completed in a quick turnaround. This is a pure operations role—you won't be conducting interviews or analyzing data. Your job is to make sure everything runs on time.</p> <p>For each project, you'll work across expert networks and internal channels to source the right qualitative participants—whether that's 3 interviews or 20+.
