<p>GetWhys is a VC-backed SaaS company building AI-powered customer research and messaging tools for product marketers. Our products help companies like Docker, Docusign, and Commvault understand their customers and craft better messaging. We're a small team that’s growing quickly—our ARR grew over 10x in 2025—by shipping a strongly differentiated SaaS product.</p>
<h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3>
<p><strong>Location: </strong>Boise, ID (Hybrid<strong>)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>$150k-$165k + equity</p>
<p>We’re looking for a <strong>content-forward Product Marketer</strong> to own our product narrative and turn customer insight into compelling, high-leverage content across the funnel. You will be hands-on producing thought leadership, persona-driven content, and product stories that fuel demand generation, sales, and our broader insight-led growth motion.</p>
<p>You’ll sit at the intersection of <strong>product marketing, storytelling, and execution</strong>, working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with significant ownership.</p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Content & Thought Leadership</strong></h4>
<p>You’ll collaborate on the creation of high-quality, product-aligned content that communicates GetWhys’ value clearly and persuasively:</p>
<ul>
<li>White papers, e-books, and industry POVs rooted in customer insight</li>
<li>Case studies: customer interviews, narrative development, and final packaging</li>
<li>Persona specific landing pages and website sections</li>
<li>Product and feature launch content</li>
<li>Blog posts and long-form editorial content</li>
<li>Social content for thought leadership, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn</li>
</ul>
<p>You’ll translate positioning and customer insight into narrative content that resonates deeply with each target persona.</p>
<h4><strong>Product Marketing Strategy</strong></h4>
<p>You’ll build and maintain the foundations that make our content effective:</p>
<ul>
<li>Create and evolve product messaging, value propositions, and differentiation</li>
<li>Own persona development, including pains, jobs-to-be-done, and messaging frameworks</li>
<li>Enable Sales with strong product-content assets: one-pagers, decks, and competitive content</li>
<li>Partner closely with Product to influence the roadmap and turn features into compelling stories customers actually care about</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Campaign Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Partner with the Head of Marketing to execute multi-channel campaigns with strong content foundations</li>
<li>Manage content calendars and ensure consistency in voice, narrative, and positioning across channels</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align on messaging priorities<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or a closely related role in B2B SaaS. Ideally, you’ve done both Content and Product Marketing.</li>
<li>Proven ability to create high-quality, written content that connects product value to customer pain</li>
<li>Strong storytelling instincts paired with strategic thinking around positioning and personas</li>
<li>Experience supporting Sales with customer-facing assets and messaging</li>
<li>Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup is a strong plus</li>
<li>Someone who can own the narrative end-to-end, from blank page to published asset</li>
<li>Ideally, experience marketing to other marketers.</li>
