Based just opposite Holborn tube station in a stylish, modern WeWork office, we are a dynamic and busy ride-hailing app. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented person to manage the office and provide executive support to our UK senior leadership. 

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and can keep projects running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the go-to person for all office based queries, from Health and Safety to keeping the fridge stocked with goodies. Ensuring that all our guests have a great experience when visiting us and taking the lead in organising memorable celebrations for the team, in the office and outside!

Key responsibilities:

  • You will seamlessly manage the UK Managing Director’s diary, enabling him to feel prepared day2day as well as support the wider UK leadership team
  • Organise the deliveries and schedule office events
  • Liaise with our WeWork Account Manager
  • Manage the office space, including Health & Safety compliance
  • Collect and organise documentation for audits, maintain accurate records in relevant systems and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the audit process runs efficiently from preparation to completion
  • Organising the supply office confectionery
  • Being personable and professional with our clients and suppliers
  • Being the face of the office and friendly with written communications
  • Looking ahead, foreseeing problems before they occur and being agile with schedule changes
  • Liaising with our HR Partner on engagement activities and office parties

What we are looking for:

  • Well organised and PA savvy individual.
  • Well-presented and personable
  • Able to remain calm in a high-pressure environment
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • To have an eye for detail and precision with figures
  • Previous experience in a PA/Office Manager role would be an advantage
  • 4 Days on site

Interview Process:

  1. Application Review - We aim to get back to you within 2 weeks, but depending on the volume of the applications this may take longer, so please bear with us! 🙏
  2. Talent Screen (20 min video call) - This will be with Joe Phillips, Senior People and Talent Development Partner (also the hiring manager!)!🧡 He will talk about Gett and the role in more detail and be asking general questions around your experience and your motivations for joining Gett (so make sure you research us!)
  3. Hiring Manager Interview- (45mins F2F in our Holborn Office) Here you will meet Joe in person, he will be asking questions around competencies for the role
  4. Final- (45hr Video call) - Chris Lewis our UK-MD will meet you at this stage😍He will be wanting to get to know your experience in relation to the role but also you as a person.
