Key duties and responsibilities:

  • 担当エリアのマーケットシェアを把握し、代理店と協力しながら、製品のマーケットシェアを上げる
  • 個人の売上/受注/利益の年度目標数字を達成し、営業部の年度目標達成へ貢献する
  • 正確な売上/受注/利益を維持管理し、フォーキャストの精度を上げる
  • 部門内外の関係者に対して効果的な協働と良好なコミュニケーションを行う
  • Project Managementと協力し、市場の弊社製品の占有率を上げる
  • ビジネスにつながるマーケット情報を取得・分析し、チームに共有する
  • 当該リージョン戦略及び運営上プロセス策定へのフォローを行う
  • 代理店/コンサル/アンギオメーカー/関係各社への教育活動を行う

 

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

必須

  • 営業経験(目安:7年以上) ※医療機器営業・医療コンサルのご経験歓迎
  • 医療機器市場についての十分な知識

Benefits:

  • フルフレックス(1日の所定労働時間 7時間30分)
  • 標準就業時間 9時00分~17時30分(休憩1時間)
  • 給与:⽉額給与(30万円~52万円)基本給(24万円~42万円)+みなし残業手当(6万円~10万円:月30時間分)
  • 賞与:年1回
  • 想定年収:450万円~750万円 ※賞与含む
  • 福利厚生:社会保険完備、確定拠出年金制度(401K)、ベネフィット・ワン(カフェテリアプラン)
  • 試用期間:3か月
