We are now looking for a Product Manager for ICU and Servo Ventilation to contribute to the continued development and evolution of Getinge’s mechanical ventilation portfolio.  Getinge Critical Care Product portfolio consists of the most advanced and robust products for heart and lung support worldwide. About the role

In this role, you will support product management activities for the Servo ventilator platform, used in adult, pediatric, and neonatal intensive care. You will contribute to product development and lifecycle activities by bringing clinical, market, and customer perspectives into development projects.

You will work closely with senior product managers, R&D, clinical specialists, regulatory affairs, quality, manufacturing, sales, and service teams. The role is hands-on and collaborative, with opportunities to grow responsibility over time. This role is located at our site in Solna, Sweden. Some travel may be required.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition and and strategy of market and product requirements for ICU ventilators
  • Support product management activities in development and sustaining PDP projects
  • Collect and analyze customer, clinical, and market input related to ICU ventilation
  • Assist in evaluating product improvements related to ventilation performance, usability, and ICU workflows
  • Support product launches, clinical trainings, and marketing activities together with regional organizations
  • Participate in interactions with clinicians and key opinion leaders to gather voice of customer feedback and insights
  • Support preparation of product documentation, product launches, presentations, and internal decision material

 

Who you are

You are interested in critical care and mechanical ventilation and enjoy working in cross-functional teams. You are curious, structured, and motivated to learn, with a strong appreciation for quality and patient safety.

You communicate clearly, are comfortable discussing technical and clinical topics, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different functions and geographies.

Your background

  • MSc or equivalent degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, finance or similar
  • Experience from product management, clinical applications, R&D, or commercial roles within medical devices, preferably ICU, ventilation, or anesthesia
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of mechanical ventilation principles and ICU environments
  • Comfortable working in an international, matrix and cross-functional setting
  • Fluent English, written and spoken; Swedish is an advantage
