Au sein du Pôle Ingénierie, il/elle a pour mission de réaliser la conception, les plans d’études, les plans de fabrication et les plans clients pour la réalisation des produits et accessoires associés dans le cadre du maintien en vie, de commandes client spécifique ou de projets.
- Analyser les données d’entrée client interne ou externe
- Exécuter le travail selon les procédures en vigueur et en respectant les aspects réglementaires
- Assurer l’étude d’éléments d’assemblage sous la direction des Ingénieurs produits concernés
- Concevoir les produits et accessoires dans le respect des méthodes maintien de la stérilité en accord avec les bonnes pratiques de fabrication pharmaceutique
- Optimiser la conception afin de réduire les coûts
- Réaliser et modifier des plans et éclatés pour la fabrication et la documentation
- Réaliser ou mettre à jour les nomenclatures mécaniques associées à la conception du produit
- Participer à la diffusion des plans et nomenclatures dans le PDM et réaliser la documentation de traçabilité des modifications (Fiches de Diffusion – FD)
- Mettre à jour les plans dans le respect des demandes formulées (ENNOV, Product or Process Change Control…)
- Réaliser ses tâches dans le respect du planning fourni (délai, temps alloué) et communiquer régulièrement sur son avancement
