GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION The Receptionist is responsible for answering and routing phone calls, greeting visitors and participants and distributing ID badges. Utilize Agency database (DARTS) to look up information, process payments as applicable, upload participant data, and run reports as requested. Perform general clerical functions such as typing letters, copying, faxing, memos, processing incoming mail, and updating phone extension list. QUALIFICATIONS One-year related experience operating a busy switchboard and six months related office experience. Be proficient with using Microsoft Word. Preferred working experience with Excel spreadsheets with or without formula writing. Ability to multi-task a must. Clear speaking voice. Interpersonal skills sufficient to communicate with clients, public and staff. Experience in working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Math and language skills sufficient to complete required documentation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
