What you will be doing

Lead Gerrie’s Asset Management & Reliability Service program while owning the logistics for Automation Remanufactured Products (repairs, exchanges, core returns, and associated warranty). Minimize asset obsolescence risk, reduce downtime and MRO spend, optimize inventory, and deliver measurable value reporting and sustainability outcomes across single-site and multi-site engagements.

Key Outcomes

Cost savings via repair-first strategies, warranty recovery, and optimized inventory.

Reliability & uptime improvements backed by data-driven reporting (failures, trends, warranty honor rates).

Lifecycle risk mitigation through IBE® baselines and AOP roadmaps.

Sustainability metrics (CO2e, energy, waste) for executive reviews and ESG reporting.

Core Responsibilities

Stand up and manage the repairable asset management process: intake, quoting, shipments, receiving, barcoding/tagging, warranty tracking.

Support Customer Success resource with monthly/quarterly value reporting: program performance, cost savings, failure/warranty analysis, downtime avoidance.

Facilitate IBE® execution and support AOP workshops, act on modernization, spares gaps, and obsolescence.

Own logistics for remanufacturing and exchanges: core-return tracking, documentation accuracy, ERP/CMMS updates.

Ensure compliance with OEM standards and warranty.

Interface with end users, service provider partners, and OEM teams to meet SLAs and minimize time-to-repair.

Execute SCOR, ABC/Dead Stock, TOI analyses; reset MIN/MAX and reorder points; rationalize SKU duplication via taxonomy remediation.

Drive inventory transparency; deliver optimization projects that reduce downtime, carrying costs and avoid stock-outs.

Build relationships with customers and internal teams; support customer success in executive-level business reviews; collaborate with Sales on pipeline and bundled offerings.

Maintain accurate data in CRM/ERP/CMMS/other Asset Management Portals; standardize processes; escalate issues through defined channels; contribute to enablement content.

Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing. 

Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with customers.

Participates on committees and special projects as requested.

What you bring to the table

Post-secondary degree/diploma in Technical or Business field.

2–5+ years supporting Automated Industrial Systems (design, maintenance/repair operations)

2 years in supply chain/logistics, or industrial inventory management.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ERP/CMMS (SAP, Oracle, Fiix, Maximo) plus CRM.

Strong analytical/reporting skills; comfort with dashboards and data storytelling.

Excellent communication; ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred

Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt; PMP or SMRP certification.

Experience with IBE®, AOP, and sustainability tools/calculators.

Knowledge of Allen-Bradley® lifecycle status and industrial control products.

Experience delivering multi-site programs and value reporting cadence.

Success Metrics (First 6–12 Months)

≥ 20% reduction in repair turnaround time vs. baseline.

Warranty honor rate meets/exceeds target; recoveries documented.

Inventory optimization delivered (e.g., MIN/MAX reset for top SKUs; stock-out reduction).

Quarterly executive business reviews completed with measurable cost savings and sustainability insights.

Working Conditions
