What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop new clients and build positive relationships with existing clients
- Manage day to day activities of the office and field projects
- Dispatch and schedule Field Technicians to project sites throughout New Jersey and the New York Metropolitan Area
- Prepare project proposals and attend project meetings
- Provide technical and project management support for Field Technicians
- Review field data and review/write technical reports
- Interact with corporate office with submission of purchase requisitions, sales orders, expense reports and time sheets
- Conduct detailed inspections of homes, commercial buildings and other structures to document existing conditions and support vibration risk management
- Perform on-site and remote seismograph monitoring
- Anticipate and act to maintain a safe environment and incorporate safety/risk management standards into daily work practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Earth Science, Construction Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a combination of field operations, project coordination, sales, or team leadership
- Experience with vibration, noise, and geotechnical installations, measurements and analysis (preferred)
- Experience in building/structural inspections (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organization skills are essential, both written and verbal
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
