We are currently seeking applications for Trade qualified Fitter reporting to Reliability Manager, based at our Springwood site. 

 

Purpose of the Role 

  • The primary purpose of the role is to provide high quality maintenance services to the Springwood site, ensuring critical plant reliability and availability, to support consistent optimisation of our branded product to our customers. 
  • Support production and site activities to optimise productivity and minimise downtime 
  • Emergency breakdown repairs. 
  • Reporting all hazards, incidents and injuries 
  • Participating in and adhering to all HSE policies, procedures and activities in order to work safely and take reasonable care so as not to expose themselves or others to risk of injury.  
  • Services machinery and plant according to agreed schedules and work orders. 
  • Ensure food safety, legality and quality requirements are adhered to within their scope of responsibility.  

 

About You 

 

The ideal candidate will have: 
 

  • Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
  • 3-5 years of experience working in FMCG/food/bakery environment is desirable
  • Substantial post trade experience as an industrial electrician
  • Working at Heights licence
  • Confined Space Licence
