We are looking for a summer trainee to update our product data and documents in our product online catalogue and national wholesaler databases in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
What is your task?
Make product online catalogue quality audit according to guidelines
Update data, documents and structure of our product online catalogue
Create a guideline for data creation for selected national wholesaler databases
Update data, documents for selected national wholesaler databases and product scope
Report the progress of updates.
Skills required
Spoken and written language skills: English (good), Nordic language(s) is a plus.
Data management skills: data manipulation in Excel, previous knowledge of Windchill (preferred) or any other PDM system,
Basic office tools skills: MS Office tools.
Systematic approach to work.
Stamina for routines and repetitive tasks.
Detail oriented.
Analytical and process-oriented thinking.
Independent mindset.
Collaboration skills.
At ease with multicultural and international environment.
Studies in computer science, sales, or marketing may provide good background for the position (maybe a 2nd or 3rd year student – depends on the applicant’s skills and interests).
Schedule
The work will last full three (3) months, to be agreed for May-September timeframe. 1 to 3 weeks unpaid holidays can be agreed.
Practicalities
Work requires to be in our Ilmala office in Helsinki from Tuesday to Thursday. Monday and Friday, we are offering flexibility to work remotely in Finland or in our office.
It might be required to go to Nastola few times a month to meet our product experts and/or check our products.
