Ihre Aufgaben
Proaktive Unterstützung des VP Operations in organisatorischen, strategischen und administrativen Themen
Koordination und Monitoring internationaler Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den globalen Produktionsstandorten
Planung, Organisation und Nachbereitung von Geschäftsreisen, Meetings und internationalen Standortbesuchen
Eigenständige Reiseorganisation sowie Erstellung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Operations und den globalen Technology Functions
Erstellung, Strukturierung und Aufbereitung professioneller Präsentationen in Deutsch und Englisch
Unterstützung im Controlling sowie Analyse und Aufbereitung relevanter KPIs aus Produktion und R&D
Planung, Abstimmung und Koordination bereichsübergreifender Termine, Workshops und Workstreams
Ihre Qualifikation
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Assistenzfunktion auf internationaler Führungsebene
Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, hohe Integrität sowie selbstständige, proaktive Arbeitsweise
Souveränes Auftreten, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und interkulturelle Kompetenz
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
