Uponor is offering an exciting ten-week summer internship program in our Inside Sales department. You will have the opportunity to work hands on with our Inside Sales team performing valuable work supporting projects in Jira and Salesforce, identifying automation opportunities, and creating documentation for future implementation. During the summer you will connect with leaders throughout the company to learn more about Uponor’s products and services and will participate in a variety of training sessions focused on preparation for your future careers  

Areas of Focus 

  • Clean and prioritize backlog in Jira by reviewing open user stories and epics and identifying outdated items and duplicates. 
  • Identify AI automation and system automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and documentation, explore agent force capabilities for automation and AI-driven workflows 
  • Create a Salesforce automation playbook for future implementation. 
  • Deliver a demonstration of your findings and recommendations to a leadership panel near the end of your internship 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Management Information Systems,
  • Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Must be an incoming Junior or Senior in a degreed program 
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently.   
  • Curiosity, coachability and a willingness to engage. 
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office. 
  • CRM knowledge and familiarity with AI tools. 
  • This internship is a full-time, hybrid position requiring in office work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 
  • Program runs from 6/1/26- 8/7/26. Applicants must be available for this time frame.
