- Operate the injection molding production equipment, accept the daily task allocation of the workshop, implement the production plan, reasonably arrange and transfer the daily work of the employees in the production workshop, so as to ensure the orderly progress and smooth handover of the work of the shift

- Conduct product quality inspection and process research to ensure that the operation meets the existing specifications

- Manage and train operators、workers and apprentices, carry out standardized operation training and safe operation specification training for employees in the production workshop, and supervise the implementation

- Be responsible for inspecting and monitoring the quality of products produced by the shift

- Patrol the production site, observe the production operation status, deal with abnormalities in time and give feedback

- Ensure that all production equipment is routinely cleaned, spot checked and maintained

- Follow the 5S management requirements and standards of the company and departments, and do a good job in the on-site 5S work
