- Implement the preventive maintenance plan of equipment and keep the record
- Be responsible for the maintenance of production equipment and facilities; Diagnose and analyze the equipment problems according to the maintenance order and keep the record
- Do a good job in daily spot inspection and patrol inspection of equipment and facilities, find problems in time and deal with hidden dangers
- Assist maintenance supervisor to improve frock clamp and equipment; Assist in process layout, acceptance of new equipment, etc
- Install new production equipment and plant facilities
- Exeucte spare parts in and out management system to ensure safety stock
- Make simple tooling or tools required on site
- Quickly respond to the emergency situation in the plant, obey the work arrangement and command of the superior
- Be responsible for the identification of equipment hazards and implement the management plan, and put forward the improvement plan for the existing security risks; Comply with the safe operation procedures of equipment and maintenance and the approval process of hazardous operation, and strictly abide by the energy locking process during equipment maintenance
- Participate in continuous improvement, propose plan and do it
- According to the requirement of lean production management, guarantee the cleanliness and rational distribution of territory and construction site
- Other work assigned by the leader.
