1. ABM Strategy & Execution
- Develop, coordinate and implement account-specific marketing activities using insights from sales, customer data, and market research alongside local/regional marketeers and Sales.
- Work with various internal stakeholders (KAM, PM, BDM, Marketing) to tailor messaging, content and format for industry/account-specific needs.
- Develop case studies, thought leadership stories and other relevant assets to drive traction and GF brand awareness within targeted accounts in business-critical industries.
- Drive Showpad adoption with a special focus on account-based shared spaces as well as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
2. Data Insights & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support CRM adoption and data quality related to global and regional key accounts across APAC to drive cross-border collaboration.
- Conduct market research, prepare account dashboards and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on ABM performance and opportunities.
- Ensure information flow, best practice sharing, alignment, and timely updates across teams.
3. ABM Campaign Management
- Launch and manage integrated multi-channel campaigns through email, digital ads, webinars, physical events, and other relevant touchpoints in close collaboration with local, regional and global marketeers.
- Personalize content and messaging based on account insights and buying stage.
- Track and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI.
4. Enablement & Innovation
- Support sales with account intelligence, custom content, playbooks and battle cards.
- Continuously test and refine ABM tactics to improve effectiveness.
- Stay current on ABM trends, tools, and best practices.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
- 3–7 years in B2B marketing, ideally in technical or industry-focused businesses.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate technical information into clear messaging.
- Experience in campaign execution, content creation, or ABM is a strong advantage.
- Project management skills and a keen sense of initiative, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
- Well-developed communication and organizational skills
- Fluent command of English, written and spoken. Chinese is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel on business assignments (10%).
