What kind of work may be involved?

• Manage export functions including sourcing product locally and overseas
• Lead the Export division coordinators, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
• Coordinate supply of OEM and consignment stock sales orders
• Collaborate closely with National Product Team, Inventory Planners, and Sales Teams
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies ensuring timely product provision
• Build strong partnerships with suppliers and service providers
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with policies and quality standards
• Promote excellent teamwork and continuous improvement across business units

Ideal skills & experience:

• Minimum 2 years leadership and management experience in a relevant role
• Strong knowledge of industry products and customer requirements
• Exceptional research skills and tenacity in supplier sourcing
• Proven ability to foster cross-cultural supplier relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Clean and current NZ Driver’s license
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM database, and relevant ERP systems (Pronto/Green Tree)
